Wait time was HORRENDOUS (spent OVER 3 hours in there.) Place seems SKETCHY. Kept asking for my medical insurance info despite me sharing my vision coverage info. Young man who did initial eye images should not be working with kids. Appeared to be getting annoyed that my child was blinking. The actual eye doctor herself was pretty good, (she's the only one that deserves stars here.) Frames way too overpriced. The women who work at the glasses part mostly appear to be uninterested in doing their jobs. There were a few that seemed to be OK but several declined to assist me despite colleagues asking them to do so. One took a personal call mid way through her helping me and tried to continue both conversations. Assumed I was waiting for a money transfer to complete payment which I found to be rude. I did double back to inquire about frame pricing due to an observed discrepancy and was met with a report that the person who assisted me has been working there for 20 years so they "know what they need to know." Overall, wouldn't really recommend. I'm sure there are better places out there.

It's a busy spot but super convenient. The staff took their time and were really helpful with the eye exam, explaining the costs, and helping me pick out new glasses. I would recommend.

They are rude and nasty. First of all it was Christmas time, and Funds were a little low. The store orderssaid to her coworkers that I barely have money to pay for my glasses when coworker ask me if I want second pair glasses out the open before I can respond to her they all also they lie to me that she put my glasses order I will pay have them Friday I go to pay for my glasses they never did it . After I get my glasses I will never go back her

This office has been my go-to for years now. Never feel like just another number. Hands-down the best care I've ever had, they've earned a patient for life.

My first visit to GVS was very frustrating. I spent over two hours in the office for a basic eye exam, and although Dr. Shalwani was pleasant, the exam itself felt rushed. The bigger issue came afterward when I had problems filling my prescription. I contacted the office multiple times, but no one followed up, and I was eventually told I'd have to wait until the doctor returned from vacation. After leaving my review, both Dr. Shalwani and the office manager reached out to apologize and to try to make things right. I sincerely appreciate that they took the time to acknowledge my concerns and attempt to rectify the situation. That said, the long wait times and lack of follow-through on something as important as a prescription left me with little confidence in continuing care here. While I recognize their effort to make amends, I personally will not be returning.

Awesome eye care! My eye exam was thorough and the lenses they helped me pick are crystal clear. Team worked with my insurance so I didn't overpay. Never felt rushed, and the whole crew made sure I was taken care of from start to finish, even though I didn't expect much.

I had a phenomenal experience at GVS. Amy is so sweet , honest and down to earth. I absolutely enjoyed my experience she literally gave me her honest feedback and when it comes down to glasses you want someone who is honest. 10/10 I will come back. I recommend this location! Amy thank you so much for everything i will make sure to come back next year.
