Stay away from this place
I just went in to do a lens swap on my brand new frame and the technician carved a very visible scratch on my prescription lenses I purchased in another store a week ago. didn't say anything not even apologized when I show the mess he just made on my 350$ brand new lenses then he proceeded saying let me see if I can take this off with some cheap paper towel the don't even use a microfiber cloth THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER HAD STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTDATED RUDE INCOMPETENT.

These guys are fantastic!! I've been here a few times over the past year for an eye exam, contact/glasses script, and new frames. They've been consistently thorough, efficient and happy to go beyond to help when they can. Of equal importance to me is how personable everyone there is when you walk in. It reminds me of the old school feeling of having a neighborhood doctor that cares about their patients and is very much a part of the community.
