Fantastic place to go for glasses. Staff here are very nice and attentive of customers. Kelly, one of the employees who help my brother and I, was super cute and helpful, not losing patience after I asked her the price of one thing 3 times. In addition, the boss gave a fantastic price on frames and has fantastic warranty for when your prescription is incorrect. I'd suggest that anyone who is looking for a good place for glasses to come here. Prices are very reasonable, staffs are very nice to their customers, and of course, you won't regret in the long run! Thank you J&C Optical for another remarkable pair of glasses!!

I had a wonderful time getting glasses at J & C Optical. I came in multiple times over the span of a few weeks, unsure about the pair I wanted. Melanie was so patient and attentive, offering various options that looked best with my face shape. She really went above and beyond to ensure that I walked away confident in my choice. It was such a lovely experience. I will be coming here to get all my future pairs and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.

This is a business that deceives consumers. Before I asked about the price of glasses in the store, the manager at the store told me that if I buy glasses at this store, the glasses cleaner spray will be provided for free. (Customers ask the clerk for free anytime) I bought the glasses. I ran out of cleaner spray today and I went to the store to ask for it and was told it was $2.00 for a bottle of cleaner spray and it wasn't offered for free. I asked the clerk that your company didn't promise to provide the product for free, and the clerk replied that there is an additional charge for cleaning spray. The merchant just lied to me to buy the product, and then did not provide the conditions promised before.

Walked in and had my glasses adjusted. They are very professional and takes cares of their customers.

I had a really good experience here! I got my first contact lenses today and everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. It was a bit overwhelming at first (with the new information), but the person demonstrating for me was patient and happy to assist me. Even though it was near closing time, I did not feel rushed at all and they took the time to answer all of my questions! It was a smooth process overall, and the team made this whole experience a really good one.

I stopped by the other corner where my insurance was rejected, even after chatting on the phone, inquiring and setting up an appointment.. I then came here, and immediately was greeted by Melanie. She was super cute and super nice. I was treated with respect, and I was so sweaty so she gave me a bounty towel and turned the heat down. I am super happy to have stopped in here, on a whim and they saw me almost immediately. The whole team there is caring, patient, enthusiastic, and they treat customers with utmost respect. I'm not sure who the eye doctor was, but she was also awesome (gotta get her name and give her a shoutout too!). I have lived in Brooklyn for 30 years and would have never thought such kind people could be right under my nose! They reminded me that the last time I stopped by was in 2016.. super overdue! I'm more than happy with everything, and they got another loyal customer! I'd give the employees here 10 stars if i could!

Very good customer service and attentive without being overbearing. I've been to other opticians and most of them will just tell me "walk around and find something" but here they gladly find the right glasses for the shape and size of your face at your budget (very important to me. My last glasses was from Walmart). The doctor himself explained to me more than other doctors I've been to when I ask about my vision problems. Good place to have exam and frames

The best optical place nearby, I'll definitely recommend JC optical to my friends. Unlik other overpriced optical places nearby, JC provides excellent service and reasonable price range. The lady is very nice, she guided me patiently for my new glasses, super.
