I recently visited Grand Vision Center and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in I had an appointment with an eye doctor who was incredibly attentive and provided me with the most up to date prescription. I am more than happy with my new glasses and can't thank the team at Grand Vision Center enough for their outstanding service. Their manager, Julia, was so accommodating and welcoming. I came in to get new lenses and she was the one who helped me choose the right ones, gave me an amazing price, and I absolutely loved working with her!

Fantastic office! I love Ella and Lana. They are always great at choosing frames that suit my prescription. I'm super happy with everything and definitely recommend them!

They were nice to fix my glasses for free but I felt racism here. The staff caters to their own kind. I was nearly yelled at for asking for an additional adjustment.

Dr is awesome! Im in and out pretty fast every time, and he always takes the time to explain what's going on in a way that actually makes sense. Love not having to wait very long. Perfect for me and my schedule! I always recommend this place to friends and coworkers!

Spent $1k on designer glasses. At the time of purchase, they told me it was covered under warranty in case anything happens. About a month later they broke because of an accident. I came in and they said it was not covered since it wasn't a defect. OK great. I gave it to them to see what they can do. They said it will take a few weeks for them to send it to the manufacturer and get a response. After following up numerous times they didn't give me anything and they said they'll get back to me. Now it's months later and they never got back to me and forgot about me. These people will be great when they take your money but if something goes wrong they won't help you at all. Update: Within hours of posting this review they reached out to me claiming they didn't see this review and that they just got the replacement frames. I definitely don't believe that but ok. Then they agreed to fix the issue as long as I paid for new lenses ($300). I moved forward and they fixed the glasses. Weird experience but might come back just for the selection which is great.

I've been going here for a while and they're always been so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They make eye doctor visits easy and enjoyable, and I love the selection of frames here!
