Lens Lab Express Optical

I needed an eye exam. I paid out of pocket. My plan was to use the prescription to buy my glasses elsewhere. The front desk refused to give it to me and made me pay for a piece of paper with my prescription. I know this is illegal and everyone should be aware of this type of activity in this establishment. Unfortunately I didn't have time to discuss this and coughed up the $20. Greed will one day be the end of this establishment. "It is illegal for an eye care provider to charge you a fee just to provide a copy of your eye prescription. Under the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Eyeglass and Contact Lens Rules, doctors must give you a copy of your prescription immediately after an exam, regardless of whether you ask for it or buy glasses/contacts from them."

I had an issue with frames and Leo took care of me; he has a knowledge of frames and glasses that not only impressed me, but made me very grateful for having selected Lens Lab Express Optical. I've been wearing glasses for over 50 years and I appreciate knowledgeable and helpful opticians.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Scheduled an appointment 2 days ago. Called to let them know that I was running late, the lady on the phone simply hung up. Didn't even offer another date or time. The doctor is also very cold. You can tell he cares more about your money than putting you in glasses that will benefit you. Definitely a few more locations in the area more worth your time than this place PS: I did not have the wrong location. I walked in and spoke with you and that rude lady that hung up on me. You two don't even know when your last appointment is. You are telling people 5 meanwhile she is telling people 4:45. Do better

I walked in & was admitted immediately on my appointment. Very friendly & informative in every step of my exam. I highly recommend "Lens Lab Express" for anyone looking to schedule their next eye exam! Ask for Dr Esses

This business definitely deserves 0 stars , I had an eye on 10/22. His attitude sucks, and doesn't even let you know that your glasses are ready for pickup. After waiting a month I finally called only find out that they are ready, fast forward to today, I go to pick them up , HE CANT CANT EVEN FIND THEM. didn't even take the time to properly search for them .. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went here today with my daughters and the customer service was terrible. No eye contact, no communication, didn't get greeted when I walked in and walked out. (PLEASE IMPROVE ON THIS SKILL)First thing he asked for was my insurance card and didnt go in depth about vision acuity and didn't explain the vision examination afterward. Also I didn't fill out any paperwork. All I heard was "insurance doesnt cover so and so and pay out of pocket." Then I called insurance in front of him to confirm, then miraculously 2 minutes he changed his tone into "Insurance does cover" the type of lenses needed. Moreover,The doctor had his back turned away from me the whole time while his face glue to a screen. I will NOT be returning here. Also the place doesn't look welcoming and it has an unsettling feel to this place. Also the woman behind the counter showed zero social skills.

Literally amazing. Had an emergency where I needed a whole pair of glasses with lenses done within a 3-4 hour time period. Called everywhere desperate to get glasses; finally got a response from here saying they could. Only took 2 hours, and great staff. Thank you so much!

Glasses are cheap quality. Found my sons glasses online at the price they paid $5.00 and charged me 300% over that. The other GVS stores say do not go to that one. The glasses broke in no time, the arm came off the front frame, the glue that wasnt holding together anymore. I didn't even bother to go back because its not worth the time or effort.
