I needed urgent treatment, so I called the office, and they accepted me without an appointment. Dr. Margarita Bauman asked me in detail about my problem, carefully examined my eyes and eyelids, prescribed an ointment, explained how to use it -- and it really helped me. Dr. Bauman is very attentive, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind. I also want to mention another doctor in this office -- Dr. Aleksandra Zlotnik. She is also very knowledgeable, attentive, kind, and easy to talk to. I have been coming to this office for a long time, and my daughter has been coming here for many years as well. Both of us have had great experiences -- the doctors successfully fitted us with contact lenses, gave us training on how to wear them properly, performed detailed eye exams, treated various eye issues, gave helpful advice, and always welcomed us warmly with smiles. There is a very friendly and caring atmosphere in this office. I never make appointments with any specific doctor -- I just choose a time that works for me, and I never know which doctor my child or I will see, but it doesn't matter, because both doctors are excellent and very professional. I would also like to mention the girls at the front desk -- they are always helpful, polite, and pleasant. They will ask the doctor for advice if needed and get back to me right away. There is also an optical section in this office where a very nice and polite woman will help you choose and recommend glasses. I highly recommend this office!

Great office. Very friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Probably best doctor I ever dealt with. I only wish that the other office work as smooth, never waited more than 5 minutes. They do respect people and never waste your time.

I have a great deal of appreciation for Dr. Bauman. She keep good records of the patient visit and review the progress of the treatment and give her very good advice. She show genuine interest for her patients. She treat people with respect and courtesy. The office's staff and technician are great people as well. The place is clean and the service is excellent.

I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. Bauman. Not only did I go in for my own eye exam, but Dr. Bauman also saw my children. From start to finish, the entire visit was smooth, thorough, and very professional with all of us, especially with the kids. They felt comfortable and even enjoyed the experience.

I have been coming to A&M optical for many years. The service is very good and thorough. Although I moved recently from that area I still come to A&M its worth the trip Dr Bauman and staff take good care of my Eyes and the selection of Glasses is Great too . The service was truly excellent especially Yakov who adjusted my glasses. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable and really set this place apart. I highly recommend them, especially if you value outstanding customer service. It truly made all the difference in my overall satisfaction.

Been going to this office for years. Consistently great service, but most importantly, in addition to a Doctor being very professional & knowledgeable, the waiting time to be seen is almost non-existent, 5pm appointment really means 5pm.
