The most thorough eye exam ever. Been going there for years now. I like that it's the same people over the years, not a revolving door to train new doctors. The staff doing the tests know their job and do it well. Dr Elena Feldman is fantastic, truly has your best interest at heart. I highly recommend, especially if you want or need a thorough exam.

They are a 5 star, to me, rather serious staff, but they are nice. If people can ignore that they can get by just fine. They are professionals and that is what they want to deliver. The optometrists explain step by step what they are doing, which I truly appreciate. The M.A.'s are sweet. The place is always clean and they offer cofee, tea, cookies, and sometimes chocolate. They are lovely people, to me.

Dr. Vayner was very patient and answered all my questions. Jain was very helpful with picking out my glasses. Good customer service overall from all the staff I interacted with. There may be a long wait from getting your eyes examined to seeing an optometrist. I went on a Saturday and it was quite busy. With that said, I would definitely return.

Worst experience. At my first appointment, I waited almost two hours for a prescription, then had to come back because it was written incorrectly. I was just a few blocks away when I called to say I was almost there. Anastasia said they wouldn't see me if I was five minutes late, yet it took her forever to prepare my chart. She came across as rude, dismissive, incompetent, completely insensitive, and had no care for patients, trying to act in charge while failing to manage even basic tasks. After all this hassle, I still had to wait because the waiting room was full. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.
