The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient. Doctor was thorough during my eye exam, explaining each step and taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Speaking of frames, their selection is impressive! They have everything from popular designer brands to more affordable, high-quality options. I never felt pressured to choose a more expensive pair and was genuinely happy with the range available. The best part was how they handled my insurance. They took care of all the paperwork and explained my benefits clearly, so there were no surprises at checkout. The glasses were ready sooner than promised, and the fit was perfect. Best place to get your glasses. I've been through a couple of optical shops before, but none were none like this. I came here looking for a new place to do my eye exam and get lenses for my glasses. The customer service here feels like family; whenever you came to the store, it wasn't just about glasses, it felt like home to be there. I had 2 frames that needed lenses. He didn't have my lenses for my specific glasses, so what he did was went out of his way to find another frame that had a similar lenses structure and custom make them to fit in the frames I had! Not just that, but the lenses for the first frames looked like it fit perfectly, with all the goodies. For the second frame, I wanted them as sunglasses with a fade from blue to clear, and the guy did that request phenomenally. He HANDMADE them AND even if it took a week, he guided me through all the way to the completion of the lenses, which also met exactly my criteria, with it looking completely natural to the frames it was on. The man who does the glasses is nothing short of a pro! And the best thing?? He did all that work at an amazing price, which honestly the work he puts in is worth so much, and makes this place a completely underrated place. If you're looking for an optical shop, this place is it, hands down best opticians and optometrists that I've been in and definitely worth to go!
