I always have a great experience when I go here. Dr. Mirkin is fast, friendly and efficient. Ayanna is so friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it was close to closing, she spent time with me helping to pick out the perfect pair of glasses and making sure I got the best deal. Honorable mention to Kevin who helped me pick out glasses last year and offered his opinion while in-between his own customers. I'll see you all next year!!

I was very skeptical about visiting target optical at first ,however, my experience was Awesome! From the time I arrived I was shown excellent customer service. I was seen 15 minutes after my appointment not a big deal since they were very busy I would recommend any-day other than Saturday. After some eye test I seen Dr. Mirkin who was very nice and patient making sure my prescription was correct and provided me information on my eye health. Kevin helped me to choose a pair of glasses and contacts and I appreciated how he offered the upsell but showed me my insurance options as well. Overall great experience and I will be back!

Dr. Mirkin's eye clinic is great! His staff and are thoughtful and efficient. He was very thoughtful and very professional. I was able to make a contact eye appt with ease and they get you properly examined and out in a decent time. I will be coming back. Parking at the Gateway mall/Target makes it easy also.

I waited in a store filled with people waiting for an eye exam, we had to wait for the doctor. The 2 people taking my information was slow and one was rude. After the exam I asked to work with my work insurance so my glasses can be covered. Instead I was being sold higher priced items. I will never return. I will never recommend.

Staff was friendly enough and exam went ok. I had made an appointment online for 3pm but wasn't seen until around 3:30. Seems like they overbooked the time slot. Their system keep crashing so it toke super long for them to get the price for the glasses which are way over prices. When I said I would be buying my glasses online for cheaper and asked for them to just measure my PD as part of my appointment they refused to do so.

Great experience. I didn't have a great initial experience fortunately it wasn't because of anything Dr. Mirkin did. He was prompt to call me back to rectify the situation , he not only brought me back in to correct the prescription I was initially given by another eye doctor at his office. His receptionist Joyce is always so kind and receptive. Wonderful costume service skills. I would recommend Dr. Mirkin's office to others.
