;; Great place my boyfriend was very frustrated and the curly haired blonde lady (I did not get her name) was just the greatest. He got his new pair of glasses and not got three pairs of glasses that were in absolute pieces put back together to their original form. Absolutely a sweetheart. Great service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The service was efficient and well organized--my glasses were ready within ten minutes after the doctor's exam. The entire team maintained a positive and courteous attitude, making the visit smooth and pleasant. Special recognition to Alyona, the front desk manager, for her outstanding professionalism and attentive care. The doctor demonstrated excellent bedside manners and took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this optical office for its professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to patient satisfaction.

Overpriced services and very poor customer service. It is difficult to reach the reception by phone, and there is a very rude and unprofessional blonde woman working at the front desk who constantly speaks in a disrespectful manner. She ordered trial lenses for me with incorrect parameters and did not even apologize for the mistake. I'm sorry, but please do not mislead people. You ordered only two pairs of lenses for me, one of which did not suit me at all. I had a very strong headache, and my eyes were burning and painful. Later, you ordered a second pair of lenses for me, but my eyes were also hurting and tearing while wearing them. You were supposed to select different lenses for me and promised to order a third pair. Although a third pair was ordered, a mistake was made and the wrong lenses were ordered. Also, I did not lose any lenses.

The lady with the blonde curly hair is the best. She helped me out with everything so quick In-N-Out and I found the most perfect glasses.

The white lady at the front desk was so rude. I was just inquiring and showing my prescriptions . She was rude and told me that we don't accept the prescriptions here. And I told her, I will pay and my insurance will re imburse me. Then she told me ask your insurance sompany how much they cover then will talk . Waste of time . Not very helpful.

Amazing place to get glasses and tests done. Everyone is extremely helpful and extremely friendly. They replaced my broken frames for me after it couldn't be repaired. I even ended up buying another pair of glasses just because of how amazing the service was. I highly recommend them, they're willing to work with you and accommodate to the best if their abilities. Never going anywhere else again!
