After seeking two separate opinions from two optometrists, I was informed that nothing could be done about a very large floater in my right eye that was most intrusive and severely inhibited my ability to see from that eye. He then discussed all options including the removal of the floater with very minimal risk. After a short surgical procedure, the vision in my right eye was completely restored.
