My optical

I normally don't write reviews but this one was so unexpected I had to. There is no private room for interview, everyone can hear and observe you personal business. There is no respect from front desk staff extremely rude. My thoughts, find better professional service. They need you not the other way around.

They staff are very rude even the female doctor. I brought a pair of gucci glasses from there and the piece came off.They sale name brand glasses and they are cheap I would let waste my time going there .

I had an awful experience here today while at work i took my glasses to my optical the pennsylvania ave location to have a screw put back in to the arm i explained to lady who was in the front the problem and she said ok give her 5 minutes she walked away came back and began to replace the screw in my glasses she was having trouble she told me give her a minute and she took my glasses to a man in the back who she said was the manager he came back with the screw in the arm but also they broke them in half my versace glasses refused to fix it or replace it told me to take it where i got i from they never told me that it would be fixed but if it breaks they not responsible i din sign anything that said that i called the police trying to deal with the situation the correct way and they said i can start a civil suit against and i will i can't see without my glasses. which are progressive lens and transition to protect my eyes from the glare they didn't care they are the worst ever then had the nerves to say my glasses i old
