I had a disappointing experience at this eye clinic. The lady at the reception tried to overcharge me several times. First, the frame I chose had a price tag of $99, but she entered $150+ instead and then tried to blame me, saying I must have taken it from the wrong shelf even though the tag was clearly on the frame itself. Then, she billed me for a service that was already covered by my insurance and later added another incorrect charge after applying a manual discount. The whole process felt untrustworthy and unprofessional, and I left with zero confidence in their billing practices. The only positive part of my visit was the eye doctor himself -- he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely overshadowed that.

The lack of communication is very concerning. I've been waiting for over a month for a pair of glasses that I was told would arrive in a month. I had to call in to discover that they were on backorder. The staff had no idea they were being delayed nor had any sort of information from the lab. Very poor service all around.

Tosha, was amazing! She had great hospitality and made my choice so easy. Dr. Markisic was very accommodating and very helpful with all the questions I had. Breanna was cheerful and had a great spirit. I love this location

Had a great experience getting my son's first pair of glasses here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with everyone at my eye dr (at the old eyes on the slope location). The eye exam was very thorough and the sales associate Pearl was very patient and helpful as I tried on tons of frames. The whole staff is very friendly. Like anything else, going on a weekday is great if you can swing it since weekends do seem a bit crowded there.

Definitely the best eye appointment experience I've had. From the moment I walked in and was greeted, I was told exactly how many patients/time it would be before I was seen. It was a hot day out and I was offered water and checked in on frequently while I was waiting. Both of the women at the front (Keyhanna, I wish I could remember the others name as she was so lovely) were so communicative and had incredible customer service which I feel like is very rare at doctors offices these days. Dr. Markisic was kind and communicated clearly, helped me find the right prescription after my eyes completely changed after eye surgery. Excited to find such a great office in my neighborhood. Thank you!!

Tosha, the GM, runs such chic, welcoming and efficient store! And Dr. Markisic is so thoughtful and thorough! I am really glad he took over the practice!
