Natalie Borodoker MD, Eye Surgery & Aesthetics

I had a blepharoplasty with this doctor and had a very positive experience. Before the procedure, everything was explained to me clearly including all possible side effects, and I was given detailed instructions on how to care for the stitches afterward. It was also very important to me that I could contact the doctor directly after the procedure if I had any questions. My case was a little complicated because I had a scar near my eye from a childhood injury. The doctor reassured me not to worry and explained that if needed, the area could be treated with laser later, which is included in the cost of the procedure. Everything was done efficiently, the office staff was very friendly, and the doctor herself is a wonderful person and a true professional who clearly knows her work. I'm very happy with my experience.

I recently had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr. Borodeker, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Just 10 days post-surgery, my eyes look fantastic--better than I even imagined. The entire process was smooth, and to my surprise, I experienced no pain at all. The scar is already minimal, and I can tell it will heal beautifully. Dr. Borodeker and her office staff were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. I had a few questions after the procedure, and each time I called, I received a prompt and reassuring response directly from the doctor. That level of attentiveness made me feel truly cared for. If you're considering an upper blepharoplasty, I highly recommend Dr. Borodeker. Her skill, professionalism, and patient care are truly outstanding!

I waited for nearly 2 hours to see the doctor which just shows her complete disrespect for people who come to see her. She clearly does not care about people who come for eye care as she took several cosmetic work patients who came after me while having me wait along with many others in the waiting room. Her bed side manner is dismissive. Here's a script go away. She talks so loud that everyone can hear every patients business! Noone in the waiting room needs to know how much the lady walking out paid for her Botox! How rude :/

Be aware that Dr borodoker has no bedside manner, just like the other reviews below they were not wrong. If you have any post surgery complications expect for them to be dismissed. She will promise you great results with no warning of what can go wrong. Please be careful

I'm very happy that I found an amazing Dr. Borodoker and became her patient. First I came to check my vision, then I had upper blepharoplasty done, and happy with the results. Dr. Borodoker is professional, attentive, knowledgeable and very patient, she is available to answer any questions/concerns and always available over the phone in case of emergencies, which is a huge plus!
