My experience was walking in, saying hello twice & looking at the African lady in her eyes & her simply ignoring me. She didn't want to tell me how much my insurance paid. She was trying to rush me to buy. I tried on a few glasses & she was not telling me how much everything would cost individually but just giving me a total price off the top of her head. She had an attitude the entire time & I felt rushed & pressured to buy something. She passed me off to a young lady named Lucy who was lovely, patient, & helpful. Lucy is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Otherwise, I would've given 0 stars. The African lady walked away with an attitude after I decided I would shop around ( because I didn't like the way she was doing business. I kept telling her that style & price are my two main factors so I'm not going to just pick up & pay anything which is what she wanted me to do) before making a decision. I see where the reviews are so bad because the customer service is horrible. You're running away good business because the attitude alone makes me not want to return. Such a RED flag!

The worst place ever. I was the 1st patient to come in at 10:30. He walked at 11:15am whiles he start at 11:00am. Stayed in his phone till 11:40am and I just had to leave. The nice secretary kept telling him he have a patient waiting and he said he's on the phone. Yes he was speaking to someone back home.

The front office staff is not that welcoming. The doctor is alright. I felt as if I was robbed. I asked for a particular Coach frame & was upsold another model for $375 that only costs $90 on amazon. The glasses are beautiful, but not worth the almost $600 I had to pay (prescription & frames). Definitely never ever going back.

This place is ridiculous, I placed an order on my prescription contact lenses since December 1 2021,I provide them my email address for tracking number and confirmation until now I haven't received it. and worse of all I never received my contact lenses and they charged me $10 for priority shipping. This place is bad business and rob your money. I call and ask what happen to my order they told me the doctor will call me to provide me the information on my order which he never did. They don't deserve no stars.

This is a warning to anyone who would ever go to NATIONAL VISION CENTER. This is by far the worst customer service beside a restaurant I went to. This was my experience:
1) I paid for my glasses and they didn't even get my prescription right.
2) The old African lady had the worst customer service I have ever seen. She must related to the doctor since he's African too.
3) My glasses took a month the first and second time, I wasn't even called for the latter.
4) She was too tired to give me MY OWN original prescription and said that I should have asked earlier.
5) There's no one to complain to, that will take action since it's a private practice.
6) They over price their glasses without adding prescription or anything else.
If you think I'm joking go to Yelp or Google them, you'll see the reviews.

This place will rob you! I WAY OVERPAID for some lenses that got scratched up in a couple of days. The charged me $300 for the lenses alone because I had my own frames. I just paid $130 dollars for a full set of glasses with frame, transitions, blue light protection and anti scratch lenses. So much for supporting local. I gave them 2 stars because my prescription was accurate but the Mr. knowitall dr was way intuitive. Will never go again or if you do go, get your exam and buy your glasses elsewhere.

Run for your life ! This place is robbery. One they over price on glasses. I paid 1200 just to change the lens. For my toddler glasses. Two the Haitian or African lady tell you all the time " glasses will be ready in two days" it takes a whole week or more plus if you don't call and follow up your doom. Three the dr gave my four year old a wrong prescription. She refuse to wear the glasses and when I took her to see someone else the doctor said it was the wrong prescription. Most of all they are toooo expensive . Steal your money. The dr is good with adults he normally gives ME the right prescription . he's just bad with toddlers and he's not honest enough to tell you that he doesn't specialized in working with toddlers whomp whomp
