Kathy the first person who greets you along with a picture of Dr. Neil Patel (may he rest in peace;). Kathy bright and professional made me feel welcome to a new location since I am originally from the Bronx. She was patient with me since I was an hour early lol. It helps when you are an elderly person and others treat you well. I am glad I was referred to the Brooklyn location since relocating and living in Brooklyn. Kathy the shining star at the front desk The technician and Dr. Dong were excellent also.

Firstly the hours posted on google are incorrect. The doctor and staff leave when they want and they are NOT open until 5pm. If you're running a little late because you know it's NYC and people work, they definitely do not have the decency or give you the courtesy to call. The staff in the office are pure rude, inconsiderate, and ignorant. And both of the doctors here (one young and one older Asian woman) typically leave you feeling as though they can't be bothered, you're just a number, and they need to bill your insurance and for you to get out as soon as possible. I would NOT recommend this office at all, ever. I would give it NEGATIVE 100 stars.
