I had an amazing experience at this optical office. The service here is truly the best in the area -- everything from the front desk to the exam room was smooth and professional. The doctors treat patients with so much respect and really take the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about your eye health, not just rushing you through. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made me feel completely comfortable.

I recently got my glasses here and was thoroughly impressed. The team was attentive and supportive, the doctors and front desk offered outstanding service. I want to particularly acknowledge the manager, who provided exceptional guidance throughout my visit. I had a fantastic experience with the opticians at Andrey at NYC Optical at 86th street Bay Ridge. He was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He advised me to see the doctor at the their store and explained me a progressive type of lenses that I really appreciate it. The eye test was thorough, and the doctor explained each step clearly. I was impressed by the wide selection of stylish frames and how patiently they helped me find the perfect fit. My new glasses are comfortable and have made such a difference in my vision. Very disappointing experience. I paid about $380 out of pocket for my child's glasses, and my insurance was billed about $100. After only a month of normal use, the frames broke. When I returned to the store, I was told there is no warranty for kids' glasses and that I would have to pay another $100 for replacement frames. After making me wait about 30 minutes while arguing with the glasses company, the owner said they could "discount" it to $70 but kept repeating that they "need to make a profit." The owner was rude and showed no concern about the situation or the quality of the glasses. Children's glasses should be durable, and breaking after only a month should be treated as a quality issue, not blamed on the child. This establishment does not seem to care about their customers or the products they sell. I would not recommend this place.

Luckily, I found this optical office and they were absolutely amazing! They made me a brand new pair of glasses in just 3 days and had them ready before my flight. The staff was so kind, understanding, and professional, and the doctors treated me with great respect. I am beyond grateful for their fast and caring service -- they truly saved my vacation. Highly recommended to anyone, even if you're just visiting New York!
