I had a wonderful experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they are true professionals in their field. The doctor was very skilled and tactful, performing all the necessary tests with great care, and explaining everything clearly. She was also very polite and attentive. They have a great selection of glasses - both prescription and sunglasses. Another huge plus is that they accept all insurance plans. I would come back here not only if I decide to change my glasses, but also if I need to have my eyes checked again.

My husband and I were here together. Everyone was very friendly, positive, and willing to help. Everything was done professionally. There was a large selection of frames. We went through all the examinations (great specialists, super doctor) and ordered glasses. Thank you!

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had with a glasses shop in my life. I got tested for a prescription here and asked them to use my rcisting frames. Was told it would take 4-7 business days. 7 business days later I call them and am told things can sometimes take a bit longer with insurance. I wait another 7 business days and call again. This time I am told that they had tried to call me (later learned they saved my number incorrectly) and that they needed me to come in for additional tests for my insurance. What actually happened was that they never saved my prescription, so they had to redo it. I wait another 14 business days before I'm told that my glasses would be ready in the next day or two. Every time I called for the next week I'm told the same thing. I called today and was told they would be ready Monday. I'm. It sure I believe them to be honest. All in all it's been almost 6 weeks without my glasses. Doctors here are good, but ask for the prescription and get your glasses made somewhere else
