Very good optometry clinic, and the staff are amazing!! Kind, attentive, and patient. A great doctor who successfully chose the right treatment and glasses for me.

She has gone above and beyond for me time and time again, and her level of care is something you rarely see today. She treats me not just as a patient, but as a person--always patient, always attentive, and always willing to take the extra time to make sure everything is right. There have been moments when I needed help urgently, and she never hesitated to step in. That kind of dedication is priceless. Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness set her apart from every other eye doctor I've ever seen. To me, she isn't just a great doctor--she is the best in South Brooklyn. I provided my own frame. Prices for they service a bit higher but it is not a problem. I paid for they services and lenses over $520. Problem is that they lied about time and glasses came brocken. They could be very rude to you. Especially when they realize that they are wrong. Promised one week and it took them 2.5 weeks to make glasses. They didn't have anyone to fix a loose lense and asked me to come back in a few days. I leave in Staten Island and was a big inconvenience. Doctor (Maria) who checked my vision was very nice.

I have been going to Ocean View Optical for many years and I can't say enough good things about them! Starting from the owner Angela to all the doctors and staff, their service is impeccable. They take time to help with all your questions and concerns and are always very friendly and professional. I come in at least 4 times a year to get glasses for my son and not once have they disappointed. Today I came in with my 12 year old and he must have tried on 100 pairs of glasses and while I was getting impatient, Rafael never hesitated to continue helping him find the perfect pair. He was very patient with him and suggested what he thought looked best on him and we wound up getting 3 pairs. Angela the owner is always super friendly with everyone that comes in and gives the best prices and makes you feel so comfortable that you don't rush to walk out of there. Hands down the BEST optical store for doctors, staff, collection of glasses, prices, consistency, fast service and friendliest environment.
