This is a great shop! I had a very pleasant experience there. The owner really knows how to fit a frame to a face! He helped me find the perfect pair in under 5 minutes! I was very impressed by the amazing customer service! I would definitely go back there for my next pair of glasses in the future.

I had a wonderful experience shopping in this store! The service was incredible, the salesman was honest, calm (my kids made lots of noise) and helpful. They have a great selection and amazing prices! My glasses were ready in a short time and I'm really enjoying my glasses. I highly recommend

To begin with, they are very polite,friendly and nice people! I always want to deal with such professional and well-mannered people.And if we are talking about the quality of the glasses and the doctor's experience, then both of them absolutely at the highest level. I ordered two eye glasses at once, one sunny,other simple. To be honest, the frame that I chose was a little more expensive for me, but its quality was worth it. I recommend this place to everyone without a doubt.Because you are spending your money on a reliable service and product !

This place is amazing. My daughter and son in law were on their family vacation when my son in law lost his glasses swimming in the ocean. After calling countless place that told him no. This place stepped up to the plate and made in new glasses without hesitation. Thank you for making them so quickly so the could finish their vacation.

I would of given them 6 stars if possible! They truly go the extra mile for their customers in both the initial sale and post sale. Their knowledge and experience is exceptional, they seem to have a crystal ball with the trend and styles before their competitors do. If the standard selection of shaped lenses aren't a good match and fit, they will custom design lenses to match the face and fit of the client. Their after sales support is legendary, it's no wonder why they have repeat customers that rave about their experience.

After searching Optical near me. This store popped up. I walked almost 30 mins to get there. When I got there.I told a guy that I need to change new silicone pads for my glasses and get a new pair of glasses. He told me he didn't do service on Sunday. I wonder why he opens on Sundays. This is very disappointing!!!

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. It was one of the first eyeglass shops to open up after the height of the city's pandemic. Borough Park will never be confused for a hip Brooklyn neighborhood, so I was pleasantly surprised to try on such a fun, modern, innovative selection of frames. Chez is a fantastic salesperson. Never pushy, always patient, knowledgeable, and prompt response thru email. He did a great job convincing me to push the envelope and gave me the confidence to step out a little from my comfort zone. Bonus update: I accidently rolled over my glasses and bent the frame. I thought they were finished. Chez straightened them out within 20 seconds. Chez for President!
