I've been receiving service here for over 10 years. Mark is truly quite the businessman. Recently, the office has upgraded the layout and their service with the addition of Felix working on select days. The quality and care is unmatched with a welcoming vibe and your needs being catered to including your family. All of your prescription needs will be met with prompt and professional attention.

The highest recommendation and then some! Dr. Donnolo's examination was thorough and comprehensive, and she took time to answer my questions. She identified that my eyes IMPROVED over this past year, but just maybe her examination was more accurate. I think so. Great customer service--Marc made excellent suggestions about how to utilize my old frames as reading glasses--and the new frames, are SO BEAUTIFUL! Caring people, great value and quality control. I have recommended so many people and will continue to do so. THANK YOU for your professionalism and care.

If I could give this place a zero review, I would. One star even seems too generous. Mark is a horrible human being and a horrible business man. I don't know how he's still in business. He does not know how to to his job! My grandmother spent two months without glasses because he couldn't get the prescription correct and would not deal with the insurance himself. We had to get involved and call the insurance just to find out it was Mark who was holding up the entire process. All Mark cares about is a check. He expected to get paid even though we had no product after he continued to mess them up! We finally said enoughs enough and took the glasses somewhere else. I genuinely wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! There are hundreds of other optometrists in Brooklyn and you're better off going to any of those before you go to this one.
