They are extremely professional, friendly, and kind. The selection of frames is both elegant and fashionable, with plenty of shapes to choose from. I visited this optician yesterday, and my glasses were already ready the very next morning -- so fast, high-quality, and professional! I think they're great. I also love that they offer an option to return if something breaks or if you lose your glasses, which is very reassuring. I highly recommend Optique Elegance!

Excellent costumer service; people there are friendly and very knowledgeable which is helpful when purchasing glasses. They have a Doctor on site so you can get your eyes checked and purchase frames all in one place! They offer high quality frames and lenses which are top notch for costumers. They give you a personal experience which allows you to feel like they have all the time in the world for you. I make an appointment with all my kids at once, and they give us red carpet service! Its always a pleasure going, and we will continue to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
