..Well let me tell you this is it, at this optical you feel like family, they take care of you. Advise you wich glasses you look your best in. If you have money problems they will help you find a solution.
No absurd waiting time to be attended. They are real life humans. Always with a smile on there faces each and every time you walk in.
I recommend this optical 100% and without a doubt in my mind.

My son ordered prescription eyeglasses there. We use our own frame then get a good price. We went back twice because the frame had some problems. Finally Perfect Vision replaced the frame for free. We went back again because it needed adjustment for my son's face. The nice Russian lady was professional and patient. Every time she gave some accessories to solve the problem without charging. We will definitely go back for my husband's eyeglasses.

Just got my eye exam and new lenses for my old frames and I'm very happy with the service provided at this place. Doctor is a very nice pleasant lady, and Victoria (she was at the front desk) was very helpful and fast. I paid 60 dollars for exam and 40 for new lenses, which were ready the next day to pick up. Spoke to a gentleman that kept me on the phone telling me to hold on countless times. At the end of the conversation he still wasn't able to place my order for contact lenses. He told me to call him back because he's busy with another customer. I work in customer service and wouldn't treat any of my clients in this manner. Not helpful. Couldn't answer any of my questions. Seemed annoyed. The other ladies I've dealt with in the past have been great. Very helpful and kind. Love the place! However, whoever they have now answering the phone is not professional at all!
