This was my first visit to Dr. Arthur's office and it was a pleasant first visit. The office is very clean and nicely set up. The staff were all very polite and seemed to work well together. Dr. Arthur was extremely professional, polite and thorough while explaining the details of my visit and my results. I highly recommend this office.

While I've been going to Dr. Authur for a few years. My past view visits were very unprofessional. I went in for an eye condition called Uveitis and was made to feel like I had some terrible disease that the Doctor could wrap his head around. At one point he told me "it's been a long time since you've had a physical" when Dr. Authur would not have any knowledge of that. When I asked further questions about my diagnosis he seemed very short and irritable. At first I chucked it up to having a long day. But my follow up appointments were the exact same way. I had been going to Dr. Authur since 2018 and have never had any issues with my eyes just my annual exam. So the past few visits I left feeling dismissed, uninformed and pissed off.

I am so grateful for the care that I have received at Perspective Family Eyecare. It is so clear that the folks that work here really care for the patients. I was looking for immediate care this week for something that happened my eye. I called and was able to be seen very soon after, which was a huge relief. I felt so supported by everyone I communicated with from beginning to end. The folks at the front desk are so kind and sincere -- I felt instantly at ease upon entering! I appreciated their intention in ensuring that all of my information (insurance and payment) was accurate and for checking in with what was needed so that I could be seen quickly. The folks that did the intake assessment were also so warm and friendly. Doctor Arthur is wonderful! He is so patient, thoughtful, and considerate and really takes the time to center the comfort of his patients. I have never had a doctor spend the time to offer such a thorough explanation for what was happening -- it was so, so helpful. Doctor Arthur's assessment was incredibly thorough, as well. I felt reassured and relieved throughout the whole process, thanks to his thoughtful approach. I am deeply grateful for the care I have received from this place. I highly recommend :)

Dr. Arthur is the best in the business. He's highly skilled, thorough, and has incredible bedside manner. As long as his practice is open, I will be going to him exclusively for my care!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT A HEALTHY NICE EXPERIENCE. Want a good optician that's cheaper,better,better service,better glasses n contact selections,better prices,faster work on your orders. There's are a few very close to this place! Support (good) local businesses. They treat you like crap but take your money at every chance they can. Do yourself a favour and if you're thinking of going there and let me be the scapegoat that least the lesson for you. I'm going to start by saying the dr is actually a good eye doctor. But the customer service there is horrendous . They overbooked, they don't tell you. But they do tell you to make sure to be on time or you will lose your slot and then when you come they say you have to wait a hr and when you get frustrated they tell you you can leave . I've called for few weeks requesting a call from doctor due to being out of town and need he assistance with something eye care related but they just never call back. The second your prescription is expired they just robotically tell you they can't help you with anything bc your prescription is expired. They just want to make money off you for when the service benefits them. When it's for the customers benefit ...they will be rude and not follow up with you . It's was good a few years back , I have referred tons of clients to this office but after my experiences with them this week and my last in office experience a few months back...I've come to realize they have changed staff ,management,structure. If your a senior citizen ,that likes being billed for everything and just to sit in waiting room for hours... If they can find ways to bill you they will . To help you forget about it. Oh and I'm not going to say it's a racist office but there is definitely a difference in service depending what your colour and ethnicity is. It's a shame to see what was once a great spot fall apart. I have a few friends that have used them to my recommendation but they now know and have stopped going there and even one of them left for the same reason I did.

I have been coming to Perspective Family Eyecare for my annual eye exam for the past 5 years, and it is always an excellent, pleasant experience from start to finish. The facility is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and even the background jazzy music adds to the pleasant ambiance. The technician who handled the initial measurements was fantastic, and Dr. Arthur is truly exceptional. He takes the time to thoroughly explain everything--what's going on with your vision, your options, what to expect, and the pros and cons of different choices. It's clear he genuinely cares about his patients. Until a couple of years ago I've always used two pairs of glasses--one for reading/computer work and another for everything else. When I needed new lenses, Dr. Arthur recommended progressive lenses. I was hesitant at first, but I trusted his expertise, and I'm so glad I did! Now, I can use just one pair for almost everything., although I still use my reading glasses for computer work. When I got progressive lenses for the first time they took longer to arrive due to delays with the vision insurance lab. Dr. Arthur personally followed up with the insurance company, which helped speed things up, and called me to explain the situation. I even received a refund check from my insurance as partial compensation--something I wouldn't have expected without his intervention. If you're looking for a eye care provider who combines professional expertise with genuine patient care, Perspective Family Eyecare and Dr. Arthur are outstanding. Highly recommended! Given the high quality of his services, Dr. Arthur is highly in demand. I suggest you contact the office a month in advance or so.

Friendly staff, prompt attention. Dr. Arthur always takes the time to answer questions and explain what may be happening with each situation.

The whole team is wonderful!! Front desk staff was warm and helpful, Dr Arthur was patient, thorough, and kind. He took time to review results & recommendations, and even provided samples for the OTC drops he recommended. They made the whole experience painless, I highly recommend.
