Everyone was so nice and attentive to my special needs non verbal daughter Tasela little, they had so much patience with her,she's uncomfortable with certain things,and they worked with her,on her time and didn't try to rush with the visit and I appreciated it, I'm so glad I found this place ,it's so hard finding places that will work with special needs adults and have patience..im glad she now have somewhere to go to check on her vision...I highly recommend this place Dr.Patel and the staff are amazing

I booked an appointment for a routine eye exam and a contact lens prescription. When I first called, the office said they accepted my insurance, though the person on the phone didn't sound entirely sure.
After confirming my appointment 48-hours prior, I asked about costs since my vision insurance should cover the exam and prescription. That's when I was told they don't accept my vision insurance when paired with my medical insurance. If I had a different medical plan, it would have been fine. The woman I spoke with even said, "Yeah, this is going to cost you."
It's frustrating to only find this out right before the appointment. Lack of clear communication like this is exactly how people end up with surprise bills. I cancelled.
