The worst place. The people at the front desk should be replaced by robots -- they'd surely be more efficient and polite. They treat children, but the place is not suitable for kids. Plus, they leave them waiting for up to two hours, always saying 'you're next,' but letting their acquaintances who arrived later go in first. Awful -- I don't recommend it.

Dr. Isaac Reich and staff just went through the journey with me to repair the cataracts in both of my eyes. Instead of dealing with anxiety from eye surgery, I've been cared for meticulously and with mindfulness. Every single person, from Dr. Isaac on through to the techs at the surgical center (and with aftercare) was wonderful. Try the Odyssey multifocal lenses--I can see almost 20/20 after wearing Coke bottles for decades! Thanks, Dr. Reich and family.

Accompanied my mom to this aesthetically pleasing office on her visit in preparation for an upcoming cataract procedure. Every single staff member we encountered was very welcoming and warm. Dr. Reich, keep doing whatever it is that you are doing to keep your staff and yourself as friendly and kind to all of us that walk through your doors.

Since it seems my recent review got deleted, I'll say it again. Got prescribed something that gave me insomnia for 2+ months with no warning from staff about the side effects, when I called the office they said it couldn't be the medication but every doctor I've been to since has said it's definitely the medication and it's known for those side effects. For a simple dry eye issue! That has now been fixed with over the counter eye drops. They were more concerned with pushing a prescription on me than actually helping me.
