I came in to have my frame's arms tightened, as they had become loose with use over time. SEE helped resolve the issue no questions asked, with no extra pushing to sign up for an appt, or browse their offerings.
Out of curiosity, I asked about their origin and where they source their frames, and was pleased to hear they were based in Detroit, MI and sourced boutique frames from around the world. Like an excellent restaurant, every season brings the freshest offerings - I will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase my next set of frames.
