My experience for my visit was a pleasant one and would recommend Dr. Ehrenhaus as a provider. The office is big, clean, and the staff is thorough. I went around noon and there were a lot of people already waiting and it was a very long wait to see the doctor. However, the visit with Dr. Ehrenhaus was pleasant and he explained everything and answered any questions I had.

So customer service ok sad part is you do have some nice staff there but the one that are rude make u never want to come back the first one is the billing lady the one who deals with payments she a rude unprofessional she wants to collect payment but doesn't want to explain payments if you don't want to work with people or just want to work for your own people?this is not the job for u now my mom have an appointment there, this is was a second appointment. She had the first appointment with the same procedure and the second one the same thing they had her there two hours for them to get payment for the procedure before they do the procedure. from the insurance company never tell her anything into I ask why is she still waiting now The first time she went there they never explain to her that she needed to have certain things as someone with her.because she got a procedure done size that she was not able to see and my mother is a senior citizen 80 years old so the first day she said outside for an hour, trying to gather herself to get home thank god nothing happened to her The doctor is a young man wears no gloves.moving to room to room not one time seen him wash his hands The reason I'm giving this review just to make everybody aware if you a senior, Citizen or somebody that needs help please have somebody with u they don't care about their patients just the money

Very unprofessional. I called them to find out about appointment. Them asked for Insurance. I told them what I have. Them told me they will call back when them will find about insurance. Them never called back. But I was ready to pay cash for cataract removal if my insurance does not cover it. So, I think them will never will find about it as now. Most likely them will do same unprofessional surgery, so I fill lucky for now. GOD saved me.
