I have been going here since I was a kid and today they just lost a costumer. I called earlier this week to make an eye exam appointment and when I arrived today, 15 minutes early. I was told that my appointment had been canceled without any attempt to contact me. The woman behind the desk was very unapologetic and quite rude. They clearly don't respect my time, so they will no, longer be getting my money. Don't go here!

Very rude interaction with one of the women in workers. Purchased a pair of glasses and 1 wk they were broken and they did try to accommodate. After 2nd purchase of same frames. Absolutely horrible. Do Not Recommend

They cut the lenses for you in there and you don't have to wait 7-14 days for glasses. The desk staff is always nice and attentive. The eye doctor is great also but this is the go-to place for eye care and glasses

I just stop in Solano to get my glasses fixed just needed a screw and the sales person said oh it's broken it can't be fixed. I went across Fabulous and they fixed it nicely put a screw in tighten it up and I ran back to work. It's so sad I guess she wanted to make an insurance sales Bad business in a black neighborhood...

Whoever answers the phones here has a NASTY attitude. I moved out of state and called to get my prescription sent over and they continued to not answer the phone and give the information that is needed. The doctor is very nice, but whoever is in the front answering the calls and dealing with the customers are VERY VEDY RUDE !
