The stuff is so incompetent, it's a joke!
Always closed, never follow the posted hours... Impossible to find a doctor to be there to examine... Had to go two blocks away across Bay pkwy and they did all my services with a pleasure!

Have been coming here for 2 years with no issues. I was scheduled for an appointment today 1/15/26 over a year ago and no one called to confirm, so I called and was told this location does not do exams anymore because the dr left months ago. Not one person called me to let me know. I would've shown up today not knowing anything.

I had an Excellent experience at Sound Vision Care! Dr. Tank and team were very good at making sure my tests were preformed in an efficient manner and there was no wait time. The office carried many different name brands and had a large selection of stylish glasses. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Tank was very incisive in regards to my plan of treatment. I was a patient of the previous practice and was disappointed in that I did not know it would be purchased by Sound Vision Care and did not know how the new practice would be compared to the last. Nevertheless, I have to admit that the transition from the previous practice to Sound Vision was basically seamless. The staff (Kriss, Terrell and Kimberly) and Dr. Tank are beyond phenomenal!! They are very kind, patient, understanding and most importantly provide outstanding customer service. Thanks and I look forward to being a long time patient.

Sound Vision is an asset to the neighborhood. They have a Great staff. They are always working to fit me in when I have an eye emergency. The optician Terrell has been amazing. I cracked a pair of old Ray Bans and he tracked down an old pair at the supply house. He is always accommodating. I have transitions with a tint. He always is so patient and helpful. So glad they are helpful and still a neighborhood friendly place.
