Dr. Reddy is very professional, and thorough with her patients, which really put me at ease after seeing an optometrist at LensCrafters. The examinations are very detailed and the technicians are super sweet, knowledgeable, and patient. Dr. Reddy utilized high-tech equipment that old-school ophthalmologist use during eye exams. Dr. Reddy is very sympathetic to her patients and did not refer to my nearsightedness by its professional name or pointed out my eye or concern was high, which is something a patient is clearly aware of after having the condition all their life. I did not feel ostracized or critiqued by Dr. Reddy or any of her staff for having a high prescription in one of my eyes, as this is nothing of the patients fault. I went to LensCrafters a few weeks ago, and they did not want to change my prescription when I was told my vision improved however; Dr. Reddy changed it. I was definitely impressed by this office and I can truly see why St. Jude Eye Care and Dr. Reddy has stellar reviews that had 5 star reviews!!! I will be a long-time patient for life!

Doctor Reddy is amazing, nice,. She knows what she's doing and make sure you are very comfortable. The staff is very professional as well. She is my doctor since 2022. I really recommend Doctor Swathi Reddy.
