Excellent doctor and staff. Went to many other doctors, but Dr Bykov was the only one who actually listened to all my problems and concerns, and helped me to get the right treatment. He pays a lot of attention to his patients, the assistants are very sweet, and they (and the dr) explained everything to me very well, I totally recommend this doctor.

Dr. Bykov, in my opinion, is the best professional ophthalmologist in southern Brooklyn. The office is great, the staff is professional and courteous and the Doctor is the Superstar. Highly recommend for any eyes problems... And not only the eyes: ask the doctor any question, he will give you the answer, Dr. Bykov is universally knowledgeable.

As a retired registered nurse, I have radar for good doctors, and Dr. Bykov exceeded my expectations. I have been going to him for years, first to have my cataracts taken care of, and, more recently, to have treatments for 2 different eye problems, both of which require injections. His staff is always polite with me, and he always discusses how my eyes are responding to treatment. I travel quite a bit, and he always works around my schedule. I admit that sometimes I do have to wait to be treated, but considering that without my treatments I could become blind, I'll wait.

Worst place I've ever been. My parents had an appointments . We were with My 2 kids (10 months and 2 years old). The girl at the front desk said, "We can't work because your kids are making noise." She could see I was trying to calm my 10 month old. She was very rude and made me nervous. There were no patients in the waiting room, just us. An old man came out and said, "Don't bring your kids there anymore." They are rude, unfriendly. They made me feel horrible. This is a place that doesn't like kids.They tried to harass me. Never come here...
