My husband and me are new patients in this optic and we were amazed by the professionalism of the doctor and staff. We had our eyes checked, prescription glasses ordered and we even received it within few days!! We got amazing gifts and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs glasses. 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for your service, we need more places like this!

Experienced a rather jarring situation at this location. I wanted to try on a few pairs of glasses and was immediately looked up and down and asked if I had insurance. When confirmed yes , with no further confirmation of what my insurance covered , I was prompted to look at one section. When I asked if I could see the rest of the selection, I kept getting steered to one section as if I was being profiled and treated like I could not afford other pairs. This is extremely disheartening because this was my first time at this store and to be blatantly discriminated against is ridiculous. You are in a predominantly minority area, with a mixed income level . Please train your employees to disguise their blatant micro aggression and biases a little better. The plus side is, another receptionist did assist in helping me look at a few pairs towards the end, after the situation was brought to her attention.

This place is amazing they were all friendly and honest. My daughter experience here was great. Highly recommend this place.

My first time here and I've purchased two pair of glasses. One of them was ready within two days. The doctor was great and the staff is awesome. Would recommend anyone here.

Amazing doctor. He's funny, kind and just an amazing guy. He made me feel happy and comfortable. Amazing customer service and I didnt have to wait to long. I have been coming here for years and had always gotten the best treatment.

I called for an appointment and had same day service ! Very knowledgeable doctor who cares about patients needs . Answered all my questions. Front desk was also amazing . Would highly recommend.
