Amazing customer service especially by Evelyn. I saw Dr Torrentti and it was superb - I hadn't seen the Dr in a long time and it was an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable and top class competent. She saw my wife, my dad and now me. Once I am in NY, I'll be taking my son to her. Got my glasses in time for Christmas so I'm very happy. The optical store was located in Queens and when I received the news that they were moving to Brooklyn, I was disappointed. Thinking of starting over and going to another place, I was not having it. I decided to move with them so I got on the train and ended up in Brooklyn. These ladies are sensational. The assistance, the patience, I new I did the right thing. The store is beautiful. The atmosphere is fantabulous and mostly they work with you on whatever needs you require. I highly recommend anyone in getting their eyes checked out. I usually get several frames and have the ladies (Evelyn) assist me with which frame looks better and they also do such a good job with the lens. Of course, the store has beautiful frames that I had to contain myself. You need to check it out for yourself. Recommendation is at 100%.

I had a wonderful experience at this medical center. Dr. Valentina Terentii is very professional and friendly, she paid a lot of attention to the examination of my eyes as well as the other stuff of the center did, who were very welcoming. I was offered a pair of glasses with a huge discount and paid only $50 for my new beautiful glasses (my insurance covered the rest). I highly recommend Dr. Terentii and this medical office.

The newly renovated office looks wonderful -- I really like the upgrade. I recently had an eye exam and dry eye treatment with Dr. Terentii, and the experience was exceptionally smooth. My eyes feel noticeably better, especially thanks to the gland expression Dr. Terentii performed after the procedure. I've had dry eye treatment elsewhere where this step wasn't done, and the results were far less effective. Visiting this refreshed office under the new management has been a great experience. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this place. I travel from Queens all the way there. Dr. Terentii is very nice and understanding and tries her best to find solutions to make you feel better. The staff is very nice and helpful especially Evelyn she is the best! So grateful for all the help she has provided me.

This was my second visit to Super Vision and it was just as good as my first. They've got a great selection of frames and did a fantastic job of explaining the various options, costs, and what my insurance would and wouldn't cover. They were also willing to take the time to keep pulling frames out of the cabinet until we found a pair that I liked and that I was assured would look good to others as well. People here are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - can't ask for much more than that.
