He explained in detail what treatment options currently exist, what new ones are being developed, and gave me valuable advice on how to monitor my condition. It's essential that a medical office's front desk staff are approachable and efficient, but sadly, this wasn't the case. I hope the management can address these issues to improve patient experience.
