Very unprofessional and love wasting people time. Wouldn't recommend!!!

I give my experience a 2.5/5 . The eye check up was good . But the customer service could be better .Couldn't believe once you buy glasses you have to pay for glasses cleaner . Your supposed to get one complimentary with your eye wear .no nice bag nothing personalized.. I even had to ask for a handkerchief ....i get that was a mistake but come on do better .

Worst optical establishment I've ever dealt with..did my eye exam. Gave them my own glasses to put the prescription in it. Waited over 3 weeks no call so I stopped by this Dr. continued to tell me that the lab didn't work on my glasses because there are people who orders glasses and do not return to pay for it. I stated to her why wasn't I made aware of this on my 1st visit I had my card. Oh we called you. I said nobody called me because I was waiting on that call.i went home called her couple days later to pay for the entire glasses she said oh the office is very busy today I'll call you tomorrow I said ok. I changed my clothes and decided to give her a surprise visit because I don't live close. I walked in the entire office was empty apart from her n her assistant.She said did you just called I said yes and I told you I'll call you tomorrow I said yes but, there's no need to I need my original glasses n my prescription you're very unprofessional. She said I sent your glasses out last Friday n they are working on it. I said how can that be possible when you stated the lab needed a down payment to start the work. I said it quite obvious this is not going well. I need my glasses n my prescription she said come pick it up tomorrow I said sure n walked out. I will be back on 9/22/2020.

Dr.Obi Is so nice and welcoming i love the way she treats her customers!!! Great tip is that the place always smell nice this is the place to look for when your looking for ur local eye care i mean they accept all and all insurances...so until next time universal!

This place is crap.... No customer service. Will never spend my money here again

Great customer services very family orientated The Dr. was amazing greeted every with a smile and warm heart I would recommend this office to everyone
