I had a fantastic experience at VOptical! I came in for an eye exam and to get a new pair of glasses, and I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly during the exam. The sales associate was incredibly patient and helped me find a pair of glasses that suited my face and budget perfectly. They have a great selection of modern and classic frames. The whole process was smooth, and my glasses were ready so fast. Prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back for my next eye exam, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Everyone is super friendly, they have a lot of different styles to choose from. They will work with your budget. I'm very happy with my experience from start to finish. The doctor and sales team were very patient with any questions that I had, I will be coming back again and will recommend my friends as well.

Like many others I also experienced rudeness from the staff. I was trying to get a prescription and replace the scratched lens of my eye glasses, but the staff seem no interest in helping me. She was in a hurry to get off work (she even said it out loud and passed me to another staff), but before she did that she was being unfriendly and impatient to me the whole time. I get if she wanted to leave work but she made it seem like i was the one holding her. Terrible. The other staff was better but didnt explain things clearly.

I'm a long time customer. I love the staffs are very professional and knowledgeable and attentive ness., especially selecting frame and sys exam. They have a lot of frames and the most news frames.

Avoid this place if you can. They are extremely rude.. why do they choose a work like that if can't be at least polite with customers?! People like these employees should not have any job related to customer/customer service.
