Always helpful and friendly - I've been a customer for years! Even though we moved to another neighborhood, I still get my prescriptions and exams here. Dr Ricciardi and Lloyd are wonderful. Reasonable prices and great service.

I have been a coming here for about 15 years now. The glasses from Verrazano vision are always beautifully done and Lloyd really goes out of his way to make them perfect. He recently made me rose tinted prescription glasses that came out gorgeous! I really love them and get tons of compliments :)

Everyone here is professional, kind, and as an added bonus, they take my insurance! It's great small businesses like Verrazano that make me happy to live in the neighborhood. Special shout-out to Laila for being the absolute best.

Title: They waaay over charge you even with Insurance (like double or triple the actual price). Wouldn't recommend this store to my worst enemy.... Story: I have given 1 star because there wasn't 0 stars. I visited this store 2 years ago, I did an eye exam (nothing wrong with the exam), then I had new prescription after the exam. The gentleman running the store has a rude personality (I'm a cheerful person by default), he kept on telling me who is this happy at this day and time, I ignored it and continued to choose frames. No problems here. The problem was what I learned today, it turns out that my vision insurance covers all the things I needed with my new glasses for maybe $120, but the person in the store, charged me $400 and change, I wouldn't have known this If I hadn't gone to a different store today, and figured all that out. I'm glad I didn't go back to this store this time, because I could spend my extra $300 this year on other things. Shame on you abusing the system this way and stealing that much extra money from your potential customers....

We love coming here! Dr. Riccardi is very helpful and skilled. Lloyd and Gabrielle are very good at managing the store and helping you find the perfect frames! They have a wide selection of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. I have been on multiple occasions and have been nothing short of satisfied with my new frames and prescription.

I have been coming to Verrazano for 20 years. Dr. Ricciardo is very thorough, very professional and as a result I can see great with my glasses and contacts both of which have progressive lenses. Verrazano has a great selection of glasses and Lloyd, the optician, is very patient in allowing me to try on many different pairs simply because I can't decide which to buy. Also, I have found that Lloyd is able to fit my new frames to my face on the first try, which other opticians have never been able to do. I highly recommend Verrazano to anyone wanting reliable eye care.

My family has been going to Verrazano Vision for years and highly recommend. Dr. Riccardi is excellent and thorough. Good selection of frames, Llyod is always helpful, and repairs my girls frames as needed. Glasses and frames always done within a few days.
