I went to every optometrist in Brooklyn (five total!) -- and this place was by far the best experience I had shopping for glasses. Where other shops felt snooty, they were warm and welcoming. Where others were bland, they had unique and stylish options. Where some were too busy to care, they were genuinely attentive. And while others were overpriced, this place was totally affordable! Denis was incredible -- they walked me through the whole process, asked about my style, what I liked about my current glasses, and then handpicked frames based on my preferences and face shape. After the first round of suggestions, Denis found even more options based on my favorites -- until we narrowed it down to the perfect pair. My glasses were ready within a week! It's been a year, and I still love them. I get compliments all the time, and I'm already planning to get my next pair here.
