Every negative review is true. They will force you to buy expensive glasses that you don't need. And there's "no refund " policy that they didn't disclose when you pay. Avoid this place!

Just had one of the best eye exams here and I showed up as a walk in. Everyone has their own experience but the staff and the doctor could not have been friendlier.

Have been going to Viewpoint for years , they have been so professional in every way The owner John has done everything possible to make my visit pleasant and cost effective. John has made sure that all of my glasses are perfect. I am very happy to have a neighborhood store who cares for their patients as much as they do. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

The gentleman who I believed adjusts and shapes the lenses was extremely nice. The saleswoman who had been nice became very rude when I told her I didn't want a 2nd pair of eyeglasses they were overpriced. (My 1st pair were covered under my insurance) They did not send my prescription to wherever they needed to send it until after I called to check on the status of my glasses. Will never go back. The woman was really rude kept trying to pressure me smh.

The doctor is very pleasant however the rest of the staff cannot be said the same for. The girls are rude and have an attitude once you tell them you dont want any of their glasses which havent been updated since the 90s. Ordering contacts from them is nothing short of torture. Weeks waiting and they dont even have the knowledge to check insurance immediately. The run around and attitude is unacceptable. Go anywhere else! In response to you...you forgot to mention the many lies you told me each time I called and how nasty your attitude was. Even the reps from my insurance were shocked as to how unprofessional you are and apologized to me for having to deal with you. Yes i was angry because you lied and told me a different story every time I called you. Thats a nice story but unfortunatly not exactly how things happened. Obviously the rude salesperson wont admit to her lies and incompetence. Fortunatly there are plenty of opticals in the area with pleasant staff who actually care for their customers. I suggest you take a lesson from there.

I called today to have my prescription emailed or faxed and was told that it will take a few hours. I asked if it is possible to expedite it, I was told No, and was handed up on. 1 star is for hanging up on your customers, refusing to give them prescription if they don't buy glasses from you even though exam was paid by my insurance (very illegal, will be writing a complaint to a Medical board, and already write to my insurance.) All it would take for you is not to hang up on me and be a little friendlier, and this review would never be written. Sincerely, Not Your Customer

Went in for my annual eye exam on March 16 and the experience was especially satisfying from the support staff to Dr. Sklar, who performed the tests. The staff was courteous and helpful and, in addition to Dr. Sklar's professionalism, he made me feel very comfortable with his congenial personality.

Was here recently, the girl on the frontdesk is really nice and helpful. Also they have beautiful frames even by the insurance. It is a little bit pity that they dont have lab in their place, so you should waiting for glasses like a week, but the result is good, so it worth to be waited)
