Not sure why the reviews are so bad. I work up the block. I usually buy 2 pair of glasses at a time for a very fair price. They made me the best glasses I've ever had. And I usually get my glasses from Pearl Vision or David's Vision. Not any more! I'm very pleased with my service and the quality of my lenses. They don't push unnecessary products on me and fit me in as a favor because my glasses were all scratched up. The bad reviews are very old.

They have new management and a new doctor, so things have changed a lot for the better. I went here with my partner to get an eye exam and contacts. Everyone was very friendly at the front counter, and we didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor. The doctor was nice and explained everything to me clearly. It was my first time getting contacts, and they were so helpful and patient in teaching me how to put them on and take them off. My contacts were ready within a week, and pickup was quick and easy. Thanks so much!!

the girls behind the register are great
but the eye doctor did not show up for two hours and 15 mln after my appointment my appointment was at 1 30 I showed up at 1:15 it was 3:30 when he finally called me in claiming he had an emergency but did not have the decency to have the girls in the front desk call the customers and give them the option to come in or not finally in the office he left me sitting for another 15 minutes before I got up and walked away I do not recommend this place to any one.

They over book so patience are waiting for hours to get seen. Why book appointments all at the same time. Elders shouldn't have to wait for 3 to 4 hours to seen by an Ophthalmologists that is only there on Fridays. Then I'm sure he gave my mom a wrong diagnosis. She needed laser surgery a year ago that she couldn't get because of an emergency and goes 3 months later and her vision improved? No need for new glasses or anything. Examination was rushed so will definitely be getting a second opinion and Never sending her here again!
