I had the best experience at this shop. Awesome selection of glasses lovely staff!!! If you are thinking about coming here, you absolutely should. Nasaiba was lovely and so so helpful. She made getting everything all setup so easy!!! Thank you for an awesome experience!!

I had an excellent experience shopping at the Warby Parker Bergen St. The staff was personable, knowledgeable, esthetically tuned in, and didn't hard sell or up sell. I appreciate a no pressure sales approach. Nasaiba was wonderful and gracefully steered me away from what would have been some bad choices. I ended up ordering two solid pair of glasses. I'm a happy customer. : )

The folks at Warby Parker helped me with a pair of current glasses that needed adjusting (not even their brand) and with advice for new frames - without the added pressure of needing to purchase something today. I now have two great frames for the next time I need glasses saved in my profile with them, and a working pair of older glasses the optometrist took the time to adjust for me. Super nice, very attentive, and helpful!

I received such excellent service at this location. It felt like the entire staff was pitching in to guide me through the many choices available, providing honest and insightful feedback on frames I was considering. I received especially personalized feedback and help from Lela, who put significant effort into making all my options clear, searching for alternative selections not out on the floor, and customizing suggestions that fit my face and overall style (if style is even what you'd call it). I wasn't able to finalize the purchase because I needed to check on my prescription status, but when I do return, which will be soon, I hope she gets credit for the sale because she did all the heavy lifting involved in finally getting me to my decision point after much indecision on my part. Warby Parker should make sure to do whatever is necessary to keep such a motivated, creative, and engaging salesperson at the company.

Great experience buying non-prescription sunglasses here. They had a $50 discount off any glasses after I bought a years' worth of contact lenses. The folks here are super chill and around to answer your questions and give options. Shout out to Lela for being so patient with me while I tried on twenty different frames! Definitely recommend going here for a less hectic glasses buying experience.

Clay was great with greeting me when I walked into the Gobble Hill showroom. He showed me options, making suggestions and going to get glasses for me to see that were not on the floor. He was patient, pleasant and kind. He helped me find the right stylish pair in a color and fit that I love.

My husband got his new glasses (frames) picked out, he was measured & now he can't wait to get them. Great experience, all in less than one hour (& we were not rushed). Great experience, always is. We've both been customers for years & will continue to do so. Better quality at lower prices. Win-win.
