Sarah is exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. She is patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain options and offer styles I wouldn't have discovered on my own. Her guidance is thoughtful, and her service is truly unmatched. If you're in the market for new glasses, I highly recommend asking for Sarah. She will make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and completely satisfied with the pair you choose.

I had a great experience at this Warby Parker location. I made an eye check reservation on a weekday when it wasn't as busy as the weekends in Williamsburg, and all went smoothly. The eye doctor did a wonderful job and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Jake was fun to work with when trying to locate the right frames for me. His feedback as well as the rest of the teams' thoughts were helpful when trying to make a final decision. I'm excited to get my new frames! Thank you, Warby Parker.

have visited many Warby Parker chains and never had the experience I had today! The Williamsburg location by far hands down the best location I've ever experienced Shout out to Jake who assisted me today, was very patient and pleasant; loved that he commented on my frames selection which convinced me even further to purchase!! Let me not forget the optician - shout out to Ayana who adjusted some frames I had; once she adjusted, it was the perfect fit, I was so pleased. Ayana also took my segment height, she took it several times until perfection now that's what you call an optician and so patient and pleasant!! Talk about greeting, as Jake was doing my order a young lady came in greeted me, shook my hand such professionalism; shout out to Reece!! Thank you Williamsburg WP you will definitely see me again!

The doctor I saw for my eye exam was efficient and clear about the options I should explore based off the testing. She worked within the permitters of my health insurance and never made me feel pressure. I will return and highly recommend WP's services if available to others in their cities.

We went to North 6th location in Brooklyn (Williamsburg) and Niaja greeted us and helped us with finding eye glasses that suited my teen son. She was so helpful and put him at ease. Affordable prices and easy check out process. Niaja was professional, helpful and super friendly.

The guy helping me today was super friendly and helpful! He chose really stylish frames that I would not have went for if I were browsing alone - I ordered the two he chose even after trying many on my own. Great experience :) Consider asking if they can replace the prescription lens within 6 months. I've been a long time customer and I'm not sure if they do this anymore if you buy online.

Great experience! I scheduled an eye exam, but my schedule changed and I didn't have time to shop afterwards. There were ZERO high pressure sales tactics, just people being helpful with information, and that really won me over. The eye doctor was excellent! I will definitely be back when I am ready to get my new glasses. Enthusiastic thumbs up!

After seeing a tv commercial for Warby Parker, on September 15, 2025 my wife and I decide to book an appointment to get new prescription eyeglasses. Dr. Joanna Kim was exceptionally attentive and patient. She answered all our questions. The place was clean and inviting. Team member Ayanna was professional, patient, and friendly. She showed us about a dozen different and wonderful frames. After making our selection it took about 7-10 days to receive my new glasses. I was having problems with the new frame it ended up being too bulky and uncomfortable on my face. After about 10 days, I went back to see if they could order me a new frame. I met Amaryillse, very professional & courteous, who was able to order me a new frame with new lenses which fit my face much better. After receiving my new glasses, I went back to get them adjusted. I was glad that I went on that day because I met team member Jayleen. She was professional, friendly, and adjusted my glasses in just a few minutes. Even though it took a couple of visits to get everything right, I am glad I did because I got to meet this wonderful team at North 6th Street. Their level of commitment to quality and customer service is exceptional. Thanks Ayanna, Amaryillse, & Jayleen!
