This lady didn't have any bedside manners. She didn't introduce herself to me as a parent . Bad customer service and she is rude.When you asked her a question, she ignored you. So she asked the receptionist to speak for her. She did not apologized. And I will never refer anyone to her. She is Haitian and treated your own Haitian people like that.It is very sad...
