The Doctors and staff are very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. My late husband was an Optometrist and sent his patients who needed to see an Ophthalmologist to Dr. Lawrence Perlmutter. I recently had cataract surgery done by Dr. David Perlmutter. I can't begin to express how thrilled I am with the results! I had absolutely no pain. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had shingles and was having eye involvement. My Doctor needed me to see someone ASAP after her receptionist called around Clifton Park. She finally got Perlmutter Eye Center to give me an appointment the next day .
Upon arrival I was treated pleasantly and seated for a short time I was seen by Dr Erik Ebbing..
examining my eye gave me relief I did not have shingles but an allergic reaction to an eye drop I had been given for pink Eye. Stopping the drops .
Within 48 hours I am feeling relief .
When no one else could see me They made time for me.

Horrible wait times. The staff is friendly, the facility is nice, but I can't give more than 3 stars. I'm not sure if they overbook but my husband and I are 3 for 3 with looooooong waits at appointments (I'm talking 2 hours for the visit start to finish- for simple things like contact lens fittings!!) Sadly, I think we've got to find a new place because we can't keep spending hours each time we go.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes in May and June of this year. The results are outstanding as I now have 20/20 vision without glasses for the first time in my life. Dr Perlmutter explained the procedure and options prior to the operation and everything was just as described. The procedure was performed safely, comfortably and with no discomfort. I had ability to see well in the operated eye on the first day. The office staff are pleasant and courteous. It was a very positive experience! I would recommend Dr Perlmutter to anyone!
