This office is a joke. I made an appointment and they canceled without notifying customer and I made the appt 2 months ago. Then, the front desk have the audacity to scream and yell over the phone saying they don't have the appt and put me on hold without me even getting a word in. I tried to explain the situation and all they do is keep yelling there is nothing they can do. They are fully booked. Definitely, going somewhere else.

I have been going to this office for years and I am never unhappy when I leave, the last time I was there everyone was very helpful especially Christine the manager. She was short staffed the day I was there but still took her time to show me all the glasses that she had until I had found the pair that were perfect for me. My actual visit with the doctor was fast and thorough and I was able to be in and out within 45 mins!

It's my 2nd year coming to this optometrist. The doctors are very very nice but, I like the old receptionist way better. The new young ladies have a very displeasedful tone. No smiles and very up tight. A little pricey too. You have to pay for contact trials . Many other places you don't. If you ask question the receptionist snaps with an unprofessional tone.

Thank you Dr. Fokas and staff for your patience and positive attitude in getting me the correct RX. I appear to be an inconsistent 'test taker" -perhaps still straining my eyes during the tests (as i have had to do in life for so long with old Rx's)....and the new RX wasn't correct in 'real life" vs. in the office. It took a couple of tries, but finally got it. I loved my drive home, with finally having both eyes able to see the road signs! Thank you so much.
