I had, most honestly, the best experience I've ever had at an optical store. I had initially scheduled a time for 11 am, before realizing I went to the wrong Target, and they were kind enough to move the appointment to later in the day. My eye checkup exam with Dr. Berstein was fantastic, who satisfied my concerns with purchasing a cheaper contact lense prescription, as well as going over my insurance and going over my eye health. Last but not least was the wonderful Jarvis, who helped me go over the rebate form and explanation of my benefits, as well as helping me find the best pair of sunglasses and going over all the cool eyeglasses (like the AI sunglasses), very patiently, despite having many customers. I had requested to have my eyeglasses cleaned, and he helped clean it and tighten the screws of my eyeglasses.
