12-10-2025 My appointment was at 2:15. I was asked to be there at 2:00. I checked in and was never called in by a Nurse until 2:40. I sat in the chair until 3:15PM. People walking by left and right. I walked over to a lady sitting at a desk across the hall and explained this very thing that I've been here since 2:00 as I was asked and not been seen. She gave me a filthy look and asked my name. I told her my name and said I was leaving and she simply said ok. Seriously, Don't ask me to be at your office an hour and 15 minutes beforehand if you're that backlogged. The medical system has failed me. Outrageous!!

I have to say after my daughter saw this eye dr. I would never take her to see her ever again, she was rude, blunt and made me and my fiance feel very awkward and stupid. I would have to say she needs a lesson in public etiquette and bedside manner, she should really be ashamed of herself...
