They're great! The employees are humble with a great sense of humor. They got all types of glasses there. I personally loved the fact they had cheap frames because that's what I go for and I've been looking for a store like this for a while. However, that's not the only thing they have, they have varieties of brand glasses as well. Its a good place overall.

For many of you who don't know it is AGAINST the law for eye doctors to refuse or charge you if you want your eye prescription printed to you. They refused to provide me with my prescription when it's literally my medical record. I called and they wanted to charge me an additional $50 for what ? When I already paid $410 out of my own pockets. I went to another eye doctor and they told me that I can report it becuase they're not allowed to do that especially when they didn't explain to me why from the beginning. Absolutely ridiculous and fraud.

I came in with my parents to buy me a new pair of glasses and honestly the staff seemed to be very nice but after I had chosen a frame for my glasses they said it 200. Which is understandable but once we added the lenses the cost went up to 700 dollars, which is just ridiculous. I was in a hurry and hadn't been able to check the balance of my card, I asked a staff member if they can check and they report it had 720, I'm pretty sure if I had a thousand dollars they would've made the cost a 1000 dollars. It was a total ripoff and the only reason I bought the glasses was because I was in a hurry and nowhere else was open. If you're not in a hurry I suggest going somewhere else. By the way I checked on the internet how much my frame and lenses would've cost me turns out it would've been 400 dollars on the website coollenses.

Discrimination is practiced here in how they put request and claims through insurance. If you are outside of the race they feel you should be your claims are put in incorrectly. When I first came it was ok but I noticed the doctors and front desk staff changed and the professional and courtesy is not the same. Seems like something is not good here.
