I visited the in-store doctor and received a prescription for eyeglasses. After that, the staff at the glasses and frame section told me the total cost would be $578, and after a 50% discount, I would need to pay $289 out of pocket for AR coating and anti-reflective lenses. I felt the price was very high, so I decided to check another store. I went to Lens Lab Express with the same prescription, and they charged me $150. Based on my experience, I would recommend comparing prices before purchasing glasses from this location.

Lovely staff and lovely doctors. Dr. Chen did a very thorough glasses exam and took pictures of the back of my eyes to make sure everything is healthy. I picked out a pair of gucci frames and I'm in loveee. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I called to see if i can replaced my frames( I got my prescription glasses from here) They broke before and they gladly helped me over the phone to see if my frames were in stock, i called today due to having the same issue just wanted to see if the frames i had were in stock or if i had to order them again, (called due to not being able to come in due to work) and Jessica seemed to be in a bad mood and refused to help me and say she can't help me over the phone when you guys did it last time. Very bad customer service.

Two years ago, I bought a pair of glasses from you for $600. After just one week, one of the screws came loose, so I went back to your store to have it fixed. To my surprise, I was told that you couldn't fix it. Frustrated, I went to another optical store in search of new glasses and explained what had happened. Without hesitation, they repaired my glasses on the spot, showing professionalism and excellent customer service. You lost a customer that day, and they gained one. Customer service is crucial because it represents the face of the business. October, 2022 I never came back

Gem of a place nestled in a convenient location. Service from the staff and doctors was impeccable and they were very transparent throughout the entire process from check in to the picking up of my finished eyewear. Navigating the intricacies of how vision benefits work can be daunting at times, but they were very patient in explaining how it all works. Albeit being a location that has a high volume of patients, I did not feel rushed and felt comfortable asking as many questions as my heart desired. You could tell the new management here has their eyes set on being a place of business for the community for many generations to come.
